Ottomatic ("we", "us") provides AI assistant software and automation services. This policy describes what we collect and how we handle it.
What we collect
- Contact information you give us — name, email — when you join our list, community, or buy a product.
- Order information needed to deliver your purchase (product tier, install code, platform).
- Email engagement (opens/clicks) via our email provider, MailerLite, to run our newsletter responsibly.
- Business accounting data of our own company only when we connect our own bookkeeping tools (e.g., QuickBooks). We do not access customers' accounting data.
What we don't do
- We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing.
- Otto, the product, runs on your own computer with your own API keys — your conversations and files stay on your machine and are never transmitted to us.
Where data lives
Our business records are stored on our own private server (EU datacenter) and in the services we use to operate: MailerLite (email), Stripe (payments), Skool (community). Each has its own privacy protections.
Your choices
Every email we send includes one-click unsubscribe. You can request a copy or deletion of your data anytime: drew@getottomatic.com.
