Ottomatic installs an AI administrator for small businesses. It handles the digital half of the admin job: inbox replies, follow-ups, booking, reminders and reports. We build it one workflow at a time and you approve every message before it goes out.
What does the first 7 days look like?
A free 30-minute workflow-mapping call picks one task from your week. We build that workflow against your real inbox or booking tool, test it on real inputs, and you approve the output. When you approve it, it's live. Then we build one more every month.
What does it cost?
Otto Basic is free. Otto Pro is $99 a month, self-serve. Autopilot, where we build it and you approve it, is $999 a month USD, month-to-month, 10 seats.
Do I need any technical background?
No. For Autopilot we build and operate it; you approve messages from your phone. For Otto Pro you follow a walkthrough inside your own Claude or ChatGPT, with a live group build every Thursday.
Does the AI send messages on its own?
No. A human, you, approves every outgoing message. Autopilot is the name of the program, not a promise that nobody checks anything.
What won't it do?
Phones and walk-ins, payroll or bookkeeping, clinical or financial records, anything licensed. Those stay with your people.
How do I cancel?
Month-to-month, cancel anytime from your membership. Your data and your workflows stay yours.
Is Ottomatic the same as otomatic.ai?
No. Ottomatic (getottomatic.com) is a small-business AI administration service. otomatic.ai is an unrelated WordPress content-automation product. The two share nothing but a similar name.
